The primary consideration is poor contact of the sliding contact wire. When the electric hoist passes through the sliding contact line interface, it is common for the electric hoist to suddenly stop, and in severe cases, the electric hoist may be burned due to phase loss. Some electric hoist contact wire models are DHG-4-16/DHG-4-15. This type of sliding contact wire is embedded in a specially manufactured semi closed engineering plastic conduit, with a copper guide rail with multiple poles and insulated groove plates as the transmission bus. Due to factors such as the quality of the sliding wire and the on-site environment, the plastic shell of the sliding contact wire is fragile and severely deformed during transportation and installation, which increases the difficulty of installing the sliding contact wire. There is a simple misalignment phenomenon at the interface between the sliding wire and the sliding wire, which often leads to poor contact and phase loss or power outage when the collector passes through the interface, causing the electric hoist to suddenly stop.
Next, consider the current collector. The current collector model is JD-4-40S/JD-4-60, which is equipped with a built-in tension spring to support the sliding carbon brush and make contact with the sliding wire. Coastal areas are prone to rainy weather and high air humidity, which can cause simple rusting and failure of tension springs, resulting in poor contact between carbon brushes and sliding wires. However, there is a chamfer in the orientation of the carbon brush contacts. When the carbon brush passes through an uneven sliding wire interface, the electric hoist has a small inertia, and the carbon brush contacts cannot successfully pass through the interface, resulting in poor contact of a certain phase of the collector. Consider the use of electric hoists later. When using non-standard electric hoist lifting equipment, various types of tilting and pulling occur. The electric hoist is forced to tilt, causing the collector to deviate from the normal track, resulting in poor contact between the collector and the sliding line, causing a phase loss or circuit break, causing the electric hoist to suddenly stop. In severe cases, the motor is often burned due to phase loss.
To eliminate the poor situation between the collector and the sliding contact wire, we first reinforce the orientation of the sliding wire interface to ensure that the interface is as flat as possible; Secondly, it is necessary to replace the rusted tension spring of the current collector and polish the carbon brush contacts to make them smoother, eliminate the uneven gap caused by the sliding wire interface, and ensure that the contacts can effectively contact the sliding wire copper guide rail. Afterwards, it is necessary to strengthen technical disclosure to the operators of electric hoists and use electric hoists with correct standards.
