In various lifting machinery, electric single beam cranes, electric hoist bridge cranes, electric hoist gantry cranes, etc. all use electric hoists as the lifting organization of lifting machinery. Apart from the walking organization of large and small vehicles, as well as the primary force and components, electric hoists have simple problems as lifting organizations.
1、 It is a simple problem of adhesion and failure of the contactor.
2、 It is a problem of simple distortion and cracking of the cone brake and motor rotor brake shaft.
During the lifting and lowering process of the electric hoist, there will be repeated jogging operations, and the conical brake will frequently open and close. The brake will repeatedly be subjected to starting and braking torque, resulting in fatigue cracking. After the brake shaft cracks, the braking torque cannot be transmitted to the drum, and the weight lifted by the lifting machinery using the electric hoist as the lifting organization will fall under the effect of gravity.

3、 When the lifting height limiter of the lifting machinery fails or the lifting contactor inside the control electrical cabinet is stuck or jammed, the lifting organization will continue to run upwards, causing over winding, and the hook group will collide with the drum, causing deformation of the drum. The drum is connected to the output shaft of the reducer through gear meshing, and the output shaft of the reducer easily cracks under the impact effect. If only the drum is replaced during the repair process and the output shaft of the reducer is not inspected before resuming use, cracking of the output shaft of the reducer will cause the weight to slide down.
4、 It refers to the failure or damage of various safety protection devices of lifting machinery, such as the failure of the lifting height limiter, the damage of the lifting weight limiter, and the failure of the travel limiter for the traveling organization of the crane.
