The so-called double lifting point wire rope electric hoist refers to two lifting points separated by a certain distance, and can rise or fall at the same time of the electric hoist. The existing double lifting point wire rope electric hoist has a set of hook pulley device at both ends of a wire rope electric hoist drum. This double lifting point electric hoist is lifted or lowered by two sets of hook pulley devices from a drum, which can ensure that two lifting points are lifted at the same time.
The other is to install the two electric hoist reducer ends relatively, install the sleeve transmission gear and output shaft outside the reducer, and use a coupling and an intermediate shaft to connect the two electric hoist transmissions together to achieve the purpose of synchronizing the two electric hoists. The former electric hoist with double lifting points is limited by the length of the drum, and can not meet the requirements of large lifting height and large distance between two lifting points; The latter kind of structure is complex, and the moment limiter needs to be installed, and in the case of large lifting distance, the middle drive shaft is difficult to ensure balance, because the electric hoist swings during use, so the middle drive shaft vibrates during operation.
Double hook electric hoist is suitable for lifting long workpieces or articles. Hook distance can be made according to user requirements non-standard design.
