When lifting the equipment, the feeding winch directly bears greater traction force. Whether its installation is stable and correct will endanger lifting safety. 1. The feeding winch should be installed in a flat and open area, with no obstacles in front. Operators should be able to directly observe the lifting process of the equipment and receive command signals.
2. The installation position of the feeding winch should be away from the lifting center. For example, when lifting with a mast, the distance should not be less than the height of the mast.
3. The distance between the guide block and the axis of the scroll should be greater than 25 times the length of the scroll to ensure a deflection angle of a<2 °. The scrolls need to be arranged in order.
4. The fixing of the feeding winch installed by the manufacturer should be reliable to prevent overturning and movement. Usually, ground anchors, workshop column foundations, and heavy objects are used as anchor points. The fixing rope for fixing the base of the feeding winch should be pulled out from both sides to prevent the base from moving under force.
5. By adjusting the position of the guide wheel, the traction steel wire rope enters the drum horizontally from the bottom of the drum.
6. Cranes are strictly used and overloaded. When lifting heavy objects, a force gauge should be installed on the traction rope to measure the tension value at a lower tension.
7. The manufacturer of the feeding winch reminds everyone that the mechanical equipment and electrical system of the crane should be inspected before use. The mechanical device should be fully lubricated, operate flexibly, and have normal sound, especially the brake should be well sealed and reliable. The electrical system has good insulation, the control switch is flexible, and the switch is used correctly.
8. When lifting heavy lifting equipment for trial lifting, please check the power and stability of the feeding winch, the pulling force of the traction rope, and the current value of the motor. It is also necessary to check whether the rope head is firmly fixed on the drum, and whether the initial number of ropes exceeds 3 turns.
